Terms & Conditions: Rimfire Wine Club

Rimfire Wine Club offers members the opportunity to create wine selections based on their own individual tastes.

As a Rimfire Wine Club Member:
You are able to enjoy a selection of rare and wonderful wines, and have these wines delivered to your door.

Also available to you are great Members only prices, selected cellar aged wines, and FREE freight to all mainland postal delivery addresses in Qld, NSW, Vic and Act. (All wines are delivered by Australia Post), and other special offers made available exclusively to our valued Wine Club Members.

Rimfire offers Wine Club Members the opportunity to alter their wine selections and the time frame of their delivery so long as the minimum requirement of at least one six bottle purchase of wines is delivered within each six month period in order to maintain membership.

Rimfire Wine Club Members will receive a COMPLEMENTARY BONUS bottle of Rimfire wine with every twelve bottle purchase, either directly through the Cellar Door or through our Wine Club Mail Order service. This bonus bottle is chosen at Rimfire's discretion, in keeping with the wine style displayed in your Wine Club selection.

Each Rimfire Wine Club Member is placed in a MONTHLY WINE DRAW.
The prize relates to your membership. Rimfire will send a six bottle case for club selections of six bottles or a twelve bottle case if your selection is of twelve bottles or more of Rimfire wine.

Rimfire's E-newsletter also keeps Members up-to-date with special offers, and reviews, new wine release information and provides the opportunity to update personal wine selections, delivery and payment details easily and conveniently.

By Joining the Rimfire Wine Club you are agreeing:
1. To receive YOUR OWN prearranged selection of Rimfire Wine Club selection - the selection chosen by you at the time of joining and updated by you as you choose over time. (A minimum of at least one six bottle purchase of wines, delivered within each six month period is a requirement in order to maintain your membership.)

2. To receive YOUR OWN prearranged selection Rimfire Wine Club selection at the nominated intervals selected by you on the join form - or as updated by you over time.

3. That the information you provide to Rimfire on the Join Form and in any subsequent communication is true and correct in that: You are the owner of the credit card provided to Rimfire and you are over 18 years of age. You are agreeing that by providing this information you are authorising Rimfire to bill your credit card on dispatch of the wine to you.

4. To give permission to be contacted by Rimfire via the methods provided to Rimfire by you including your email address.

5. That your have read and understood the terms and conditions of the Rimfire Wine Club.

Your Personal Details:

Personal details relating to the Rimfire Wine Club will not be made available to any other organization. Your privacy is respected.
Rimfire strives to keep Membership details as accurate as possible and may contact Wine Club Members from time to time in order to ensure our records are kept up to date. This will be done according to the contact methods provided to us by the Member.

Wine Delivery:

Rimfire's membership offer of a free freight service to all mainland postal delivery addresses in Qld, NSW, Vic and Act. is provided on the basis that it is an automated processing service. Rimfire bulk packs and delivers wines to Australia Post using our computer generated packing and invoicing system. The cost savings thus generated are passed back to our Wine Club members in complimentary delivery and in small reductions in wine costs.

All orders are bulk processed and dispatched by computer when each Wine Club delivery falls due. Members are not individually notified prior to this automated processing. All members are however provided with an invoice which accompanies each Wine Club delivery. This invoice provides the member with an approximate next due delivery date for their next Wine Club delivery. It is assumed that members will retain this information for their own records. Alternatively the next due delivery date of a members Wine Club selection can be obtained by contacting Rimfire. Please note that all wines are delivered exclusively by Australia Post.

Pricing:

Rimfire endeavors to keep our web site as up to date as possible with all the current information you may wish to view. It is inevitable that from time to time wine prices will change. Please note that Wine Club Members are not personally notified of price changes - and all wines will be charged at the price current at the time of delivery. Current pricing can be sourced from our web site or by contacting the Rimfire Cellar Door.

Stock availability:

Rimfire does not contact members personally regarding the availability of stock. (However, if the wine in question is all or a significant part of a wine selection Rimfire will contact the member to make an alternative selection or arrangement with them )
If a nominated wine is out of stock, Rimfire will replace the wine with the closest alternative in the current range. If this is a concern to you, you are welcome to nominate a preferred replacement any time by contacting Rimfire..

Membership cancellation.

You can cancel your membership at any time by contacting Rimfire. This can be done by Phone, Fax, Mail and Email. We will always confirm your cancellation with you. If you have not heard from us - please assume we have not received your request. Rimfire must be advised of your wish to cancel your membership prior to the processing and dispatch of your next due Wine Club selection. This approximate date is provided on the invoice enclosed with each delivery. Please note that Rimfire does not accept the return or offer a refund on any wines already processed / dispatched.

If you have simply changed your mind regarding an order, or wish to cancel your membership and do not notify us or, you notify us after a wine order has been already been processed / dispatched - Rimfire will not accept the return or offer a refund on the wine order.

At Rimfire we do our best to keep our members informed and aware of when the next delivery of their wine orders fall due, by providing the approximate next due delivery date on the invoice enclosed with each delivery. We are available to be contacted at any time by Phone, Fax, Mail and Email to make any necessary changes and attend to any inquiries you may have. Rimfire will always confirm your cancellation / change of order with you. If you have not heard from us - please assume we have not received your request.
