Returns and Refunds.

Please note that Rimfire does not accept the return or offer a refund on any wines already processed / dispatched.

If you have simply changed your mind regarding an order, or wish to cancel your membership and do not notify us or, you notify us after a wine order has been already been processed / dispatched - Rimfire will not accept the return or offer a refund on the wine order.

At Rimfire we do our best to keep our members informed and aware of when the next delivery of their wine orders fall due,

by providing the approximate next due delivery date on the invoice enclosed with each delivery.

We are available to be contacted at any time by Phone, Fax, Mail and Email to make any necessary changes and attend to any inquiries you may have.

Rimfire will always confirm your cancellation / change of order with you.

If you have not heard from us - please assume we have not received your request.
